Hello!
I want to share with you what I love to remind my patients: that there is hope and that you can learn to enjoy life. I remind them that for everything, there is treatment, options, a cure, or you can learn to live better through acceptance and coping. We are not alone; there are professionals willing to accompany us through these processes to achieve greater mental and emotional health.

At the age of 16 I immigrated to the United States. I was born and raised in Tijuana BC Mexico.
I know the acculturation process firsthand. These changes aren't easy, especially when they're accompanied by learning a new language, customs, ways of life, and building relationships in a new place.
Studying in the United States was a challenge, but I didn't give up and continued my studies, completing a degree in psychology at Alliant International University and later, a master's degree in Marital and Family Psychotherapy at Bethel Seminary.
Since then, I have continued to study and stay up-to-date on the therapeutic techniques and models that, according to studies, best help people going through difficult situations.
My main topic of study has been how traumatic events impact a person's life and how to move forward and heal to achieve health and wholeness after terrible things can happen to us at some point.

I currently live with my husband, Scott Gregg, in beautiful Idaho. We are both licensed psychotherapists in both California and Idaho. We can both help you with online psychotherapy and mentoring. You choose who you want to have psychotherapy or mentoring with. Scott's sessions are in English, and my sessions can be in English, Spanish, Spanglish, or whatever you feel most comfortable with.
We love hiking along the river, mountain climbing with our children, and attending the many events in Nampa, Idaho, where we live. We enjoy exploring new natural sites and trying chai tea in different parts of the city. We are tourists in our home state and maintain a sense of curiosity and exploration wherever we go.
